Nyjerah Brockington is a compassionate Case Manager who holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and brings extensive hands-on experience in mental health and patient care. With a background as a Nurses Assistant on a mental health unit and as a Patient Navigator, she has conducted mini-mental health assessments, facilitated group meetings, and provided crisis support to help clients feel safe and understood. Nyjerah is known for her empathy and ability to build genuine, trusting relationships with those she serves, always advocating for their holistic wellness and personal growth. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through working out and fitness, which fuels her positive energy and commitment to helping others improve their overall quality of life and recovery journey.
